Do you accept Insurance?
Yes we do. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Passport and many commercial Insurance plans. We also will bill any secondary insurance that you may have.

How often do you make deliveries?
We deliver Monday thru Friday. Our drivers will call you the morning of your delivery to confirm you will be home to accept the order.

If the delivery is for equipment, will we be shown how to use it.?
Yes. Our delivery drivers are very knowledgable about their equipment they deliver. Once the equipment is set up you will be instructed on the use of the equipment and how to properly maintain the equipment.

How long will it take from the time I place an order before it will be delivered?
If you are paying cash and the item is in stock, it should in most cases be delivered our next working business day.
If on the other hand it is being billed to insurance, we need to check to make sure the item is covered, that we have a valid prescription from the doctor. Some additional documentation may be required, but in most cases won't affect the delivery time.

Can your delivery drivers also move furniture for me when they are here?
No. Unfortunately our delivery drivers are not allowed to move anything in your home, unless it is being picked up for return to us. We ask that you have the space cleared prior to our drivers arrival to help expedite the process.

What if something comes up and I miss the driver.?
Your delivery driver will leave a notice on your door that he attempted delivery. You can call to reschedule the delivery, or he will be calling you again on the day he will be making the delivery.

Will I always have the same delivery driver?
Yes. In most cases you will have the same driver. Our drivers have designated routes, this helps them to get to know their patients and their habits.

Can you also fill my regular prescription medicines for me?
Yes. We have many patients that we deliver both their prescriptions and medical supplies to. In fact our pharmacy is open 7 days a week and accepts all insurance plans. We would be glad to discuss your prescription needs with you. Please free to call the pharmacy at 937-898-5803 and ask for the pharmacist. We can contact your doctor for new prescriptions, or if you have prescriptions with refills remaining at another pharmacy, we can call that pharmacy and have the prescriptions transferred to us for delivery to you. There is no charge for this service.
